The company was formed by a merge of three companies ("Proton Ltd.", "Softboat Ltd" and "YDK System Center") on May 1st, 2002 with the purpose of strengthening the synergy and getting advantage in the severe competition in the industry.

The company has greatly changed after 6 years, with a lot of attention paid to the business structure, team building, looking for new challenges and opportunities in corporate development.

With the company aiming at the worldwide business development, towards the next generation, rapidly becoming an enterprise which has built many large-scale networks, a brand new motto had arrived: "Run in the Next!" ("Run in the next generation"), and the company was renamed to "Runexy Ltd.".
